We are Sun Pacific Servicing Inc., created & owned by Ken and Ari Walker. Ken is a licensed Broker through California DRE (Department of Real Estate) and the NMLS (Federal Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) and also Co-Owner of Sun Pacific Mortgage & Real Estate. Ari is licensed through California DRE and NMLS as a Real Estate Agent & Loan Originator, and a Co-Owner of Sun Pacific Mortgage & Real Estate. We are husband and wife and have been with Sun Pacific Mortgage for 15 years; proud to be 2nd generation owners in our family’s 35+ year legacy of Private Money lending. Ken’s mother, Lynn Tardibuono, continues to Co-Own Sun Pacific Mortgage & Real Estate as the Founder of Sun Pacific Mortgage along with my late father, Forest Tardibuono.
We have established Sun Pacific Servicing Inc. to service loans originated through Sun Pacific Mortgage. The primary reason for this new addition is the pure volume of servicing related issues that Sun Pacific Mortgage receives on a weekly basis for loans that have funded. Requests from borrowers, Investors, and even other Servicing companies.
If Sun Pacific Mortgage is not contracted to service a loan after completion, which it is not, we cannot touch anything servicing related after the loan closes due to fiduciary regulations – without written Lender and Borrower authorization.
The hundreds of hours and volume of servicing requests that Sun Pacific Mortgage has assisted on these past years, have put us in a precarious position and with expanding investments and new Investors, we need to rectify this. This will allow Sun Pacific Mortgage to put all its time and energy into finding and promoting many more Trust Deed Offerings for you to invest in!
Previously, when we tried to turn an Investor, Borrower, or Servicing company over to the correct institution to help, it was not understood nor liked that we “can’t or wouldn’t help”, appearing that we don’t care or want to help. This is quite the opposite of the respect and relationship with each of our Investors, and their past transactions completed through us!
We have worked hard to establish an entire company to provide complete service to you, for all loans funded through Sun Pacific Mortgage, and as such we will provide Full Service Handling of each loan with no monthly cost to you as the Investor (cost is negotiated with the Borrower who pays the monthly servicing fee); and the interest rate you approve on a Trust Deed is the return you will earn.
