What Now?

In line with increasing your familiarity with Sun Pacific Servicing Inc., we wanted to share what some of our Investors have recently stated:

As you fund a loan through Sun Pacific Mortgage & Real Estate ****, Sun Pacific Servicing will become the Full Servicer of your loan and as such, will quickly:

– Gather all contact info for the borrower including their cell, home phone, business phone, best phone to reach for texts, spouse’s phone, alternate phone in case they lose their phone, their email, alternate email in case our communication to them ends up in spam, living address, mailing address, and an alternate mailing address.

– Hold the original Note and recorded Deed.

– Offer the borrower any assistance they need on anything for the loan, insurance, property taxes; for the duration of their loan.

– Do the same for you as the Lender.

– Provide the borrower with their payment letter in email and mail it to them, confirming they have received it. 

– Set up ACHs from the borrower where possible, and to you for rapid payments, including email notifications to you that an ACH is sent.

– The day the borrower’s payment is late, contact the borrower through email, text, letter, and phone call to find out what happened and what their solution is to make the payment.

– Notify you as the lender immediately of any late payment, that we have contacted the borrower and what is being done to get it current.

– Monitor property taxes and insurance.

– This is in addition to handling any needed Foreclosure, Insurance, etc. on your behalf.


We have a concise 3 page servicing contract that is included in loan submission packages for your review as you chose to invest in an Offering from Sun Pacific Mortgage.
